This program serves seven men and women diagnosed with a primary psychiatric diagnosis and an active substance abuse disorder. 24-hour onsite staffing is available. Clinical services include alcohol and substance abuse treatment through individual and group therapy. Case management services include medication monitoring and money management, assistance with daily living skills and referrals for mental health, medical and vocational services. Residential rehabilitation also includes pre-vocational opportunities on- and offsite. The program sponsors a Dual Diagnosis Anonymous meeting that is open to the Danbury community. |

Clients of this program reside in a five-bedroom house and an attached two-bedroom condominium unit. The house offers private and shared living areas and bathrooms, a common kitchen and dining area and a group/recreational meeting room. |
