i read your column, and its like i wrote it.
i know exactly how you feel, only my symptons were never as bad until i started using drugs.
ive been off them now since i started my new job (4 months)and that has helped, but i still feel like you. my way of dealing with it is to try and not care what other people think. i always believd that the way i felt affected the way i acted and people do notice, perhaps if you try and forget then people will treat you differently and you will feel different.
