I am From Louisiana. What is the the best means of locating a Private "CAMPUS" type facility suitable for a 21 year old with bipolar disoder and substance abuse disorder. Good Insurance and ability to provide necessary suplemental payments. Facility does not need to be in Louisiana but would prefer a neighboring state if possible. Thanks
