I agree totally with you, I should have explained this is a question set by the tutor on my BSc course at the University of Kent, U.K. I in no way meant the question to be insulting or challenging. I am doing these studies at the same time as managing a homeless persons centre in the East of the U.K. and very much aware of the fact that this is in no way a new issue. In my day to day work, which I have been involved in for sixteen years, I still find myself getting angry for those staying with us who do not fit neatly into the catagories of the statutory agencies and so are left to fend forthemselves. I hope these quick notes give a little more insight into my paper based research and my work background.
