January 1946 as Butler Farm Air Company by Calvin J. Butler
GENERAL:
Butler Aircraft is known by its customers as a company that can be
relied upon to "do it right the first time". Butler Aircraft operates as
a subsidiary of T.B.M., Inc.
COMPANY OPERATIONS:
Butler Aircraft contracts with the USDA-Forest Service for multi-engine
aerial firefighting contracts. Butler Aircraft also operates a full service
FBO at Roberts Field, Oregon (RDM).
IMPROVEMENTS/INNOVATIONS:
Butler Aircraft was responsible for introducing the B-17 into successful
aerial firefighting.

Wenachee, WA; Medford, Klamath Falls and Troutdale, OR; Fort Smith,
AK; Knoxville, TN; Alaska, Michigan and Minnesota.
